Iberico croquette with celery root puree & apple chutney.

Velvet eggnog with black chicken gouvarlaki flavored with thyme & breadsticks with rosemary.

Vol-au-ven with beetroot in three textures, nuts & Roquefort mousse.  

Main Dish 

Beef braised with pumpkin cream, baby potatoes beurre noisette & merlot sauce.  

Dessert  

Pavlova with Aegina pistachio cookie, vanilla cream & red fruit sauce.
