Anneke Van Giersbergen Returns to Greece for a Series of Acoustic Live Performances!
The multifaceted, multi-talented, and highly active Anneke Van Giersbergen—this charismatic performer with the angelic voice, rare star quality, and an extensive discography—has been enchanting the world for the past 30 years! It was during the innocent mid-’90s, specifically in 1995, with the release of the masterpiece Mandylion by the alternative prog rockers The Gathering, that we were first introduced to this unique artist named Anneke. From the very first listen of the opening track, Strange Machines, her voice was so captivating that there was no doubt her future would be bright!
Since then, she has followed an extraordinary musical journey, releasing five more full-length albums with the Dutch band, contributing as a guest vocalist on albums by Napalm Death, Moonspell, Within Temptation, Ayreon, Anathema, and Amorphis, among others. She has collaborated with Devin Townsend, co-founded The Gentle Storm and later Vuur, launched her solo career (first as Aqua de Annique and later under her real name), and performed countless concerts around the globe. Whether with a full band or in the magical solo acoustic incarnation, Anneke has already blessed us with unforgettable performances in Greece numerous times!
Now, it’s official: our beloved singer, songwriter, and composer—Anneke of our hearts—is returning to Greece for a series of concerts as part of her Balkan tour! Get ready for unforgettable nights filled with acoustic renditions, heartfelt performances, nostalgic yet uplifting sounds, featuring material from her entire career—from The Gathering to the present—along with carefully selected covers. Her beautifully flowing setlist has been captivating audiences across Greece for over a decade!

-It is located on the ground floor and is the new and renovated stage of Gazarte.
-It has a concert style and energy.
-Seating: Upright layout, no table seating.
-It has a balcony.
-There are 2 bars in the space for self service consumption.
-Accessible to disabled people – but not to the balcony.
-Smoking: Access to garden at the same level of the premises (adjacent).
-Children over 13 years of age are not allowed to enter due to the high decibels (dB).
-The entry of minors is always allowed with an adult escort.
*The consumption of food and beverages from the bar is optional.
Tickets do not include any consumption.
