Pumpkin Soup flavored with fresh sage, roasted hazel & Gorgonzola roll stick.


Iberico croquette with Chinese cabbage, celeriac, green apple & coriander vinaigrette.

Beef Black Angus Chuck Tender braised with winter root ratatouille, baby carrots & merlot sauce flavored with blackberry.


Profiterole with chestnut patisserie, chocolate mousse & chocolate ganache flavored with bitter almond liqueur.
