Athens. A city in constant overdrive. New sounds are searching for space to breathe.

On May 22, POPn’TONIC take over the Roof Stage at Gazarte and throw a raw pop-up live party that smells like summer, urban madness, and rhythm.

POPn’TONIC aren’t here to play it safe with pop. They’re an 11-member music collective serving up a rhythmic cocktail of carefree ‘80s, energetic ‘90s, and the spirit of today—without asking for anyone’s permission. Behind the project is drummer, creator, and driving force Dimitris Bosinakos, who envisioned a band unafraid to play uplifting, danceable, nostalgic pop on its own terms.

This band doesn’t just replicate what’s already out there. They bring original tracks (written by Dimitris Bosinakos in collaboration with British musicians Rupert Christie and Sam Burden), along with reimagined covers of classic songs—given a fresh reason to exist. The vibe? Urban, authentic, raw.

POPn’TONIC’s debut live show took place last December at Piraeus Club Academy. Now, they’re stepping out into the open and making their mark—each performance is another reason to park your routine and dive into their pop microcosm, full of motion, rhythm, positive energy, and colorful bubbles.

On May 22, at the Gazarte Roof Stage, POPn’TONIC don’t make promises—they just do.

– Functions as an open-air venue in summer; enclosed with glass and heated in winter.
– Seating: Depending on the presale layout, there may be numbered tables, but setup is generally relaxed with stools and high chairs.
– Free seating refers to a zone with unnumbered tables and chairs—first come, first served (doors open one hour before showtime).
– Standing refers to standing-only zones.
– Table placement per zone is subject to final ticket sales.
