In the creative microcosm where shoegaze and minimalist electronic music meet traditional goth rock, The KVB’s existence carries a unique weight. The duo of Nicholas Wood and Kat Day spent most of the 2010s crafting an electro landscape of neon and introspection, drawing inspiration from the legacies of Cabaret Voltaire and Jesus And Mary Chain. This has earned them the well-deserved title of one of the hottest emerging acts in Europe.

Bringing their performing minimalism to the right stages, where the artistic vision of the two musicians can unfold, and delivering the resonating vibes of their discography, The KVB will visit Gazarte Ground Stage in Athens on Saturday, November 16, for one night of uptempo dark creativity.

ECHO TIDES
Echo Tides is a group of musicians, and most importantly, people who, despite being separated by many miles, never feel alone when they are apart. Born during the quarantine period and influenced by the post-apocalyptic atmosphere of the time, the album Andromeda FM is a collection of surreal and sci-fi narratives, representing the third recorded work of Echo Tides’ music and poetry. Here, they compose more freely than ever, singing in Greek and delivering their most introspective and romantic album to date. It’s a meeting point of synth-pop tones and post-punk outbursts under a constantly present new wave prism.

• Located on the ground floor, it is the newly renovated stage of Gazarte.
• It has a concert-like atmosphere and energy.
• Seating: Standing layout, no tables or chairs.
• There is a balcony.
• There are 2 bars inside for self-service.
• Accessibility: There is access for people with disabilities, but not to the balcony.
• Smoking: There is access to a garden on the same level (next to the venue).
• Entrance is located on Voutadon Street.
