Deaf Radio return to Athens — and specifically to the Gazarte Ground Stage — on Saturday, December 20th. Following a period that saw them conquer major stages across Greece and Europe, the band is now in its most mature creative phase, preparing its next big step: their fourth full-length album, expected to be released in 2026.

With a sound that moves between alternative rock and new-wave electronic elements, Deaf Radio have crafted a distinctive sonic identity that balances atmosphere and melody, directness and dreaminess. From the instant hit “Backseats” to the explosive “Astypalea” and the atmospheric “Model Society,” the band keeps pushing forward—each time more daring, more unique, yet more to the point.

Having performed numerous shows in more than 40 European cities, shared stages with The Killers, The Kills, All Them Witches, and appeared at major festivals and showcases, Deaf Radio have proven that they belong to that rare category of Greek bands capable of transcending geographical boundaries.

The Gazarte show will be the band’s final major live performance of the year, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. Expect a full, rich set featuring their most iconic tracks, along with a first taste of their upcoming material.
