Gazarte continues its beloved tradition and invites you, as every year, to enjoy two special evenings dedicated to joy, music, and a festive atmosphere. Experience Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve at Gazarte and indulge in an impressive gastronomic menu, selected wine labels, and signature cocktails with the illuminated Acropolis as your backdrop.

On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, refined cuisine meets the warm jazz melodies of the Gazarte Jazz Trio, curated by Kostis Christodoulou (To Pragma). After dinner, the Roof Stage transforms into a festive dance floor, where special guest DJs take over the decks with groovy classics and contemporary party anthems, creating a warm, vibrant, and irresistibly dance-worthy atmosphere.

The New Year celebration continues, as always, with something unique and exhilarating. After the countdown, the energy and excitement peak at the Gazarte Ground Stage, where The Swingin’ Cats and Giorgos Zervos lead the audience on a wild musical journey full of rock ’n’ roll hits and dancing until dawn. Right after, guest DJs take over the decks, keeping the dancefloor alive until the first light of the new year with carefully curated selections, upbeat rhythms, and pure, authentic party vibes.

Cold Appetizer

Rabbit terrine with nuts, fig jam, and Brie.

Hot Appetizer

Festive turkey skewer with graviera cream and Florina pepper sauce.

Soup

Firiki apple velouté scented with chestnut, grissini with pâté foie gras, and crispy pancetta.

Salad

Roasted beetroot with goat cheese cream, valerian greens, green apple, duck prosciutto, and aged balsamic vinaigrette.

Main Course

Black pork fillet paupiette with wild forest mushrooms, celery root purée, shallots, and king oyster.

Dessert

Pumpkin panna cotta, melomakarono crumble, tonka mousse, and orange caramel.

Vegetarian Main Course

King oyster steak with celery-root and green-apple pico de gallo, potato pavé, parsnip purée, and mushroom jus.

Milk-fed veal noisette with Jerusalem artichoke tartare and black caviar.

Orange-scented wild boar in brioche with pickled red cabbage and cheese cream.

Pumpkin velouté with smoked persimmon, gorgonzola focaccia grissini, crispy prosciutto di Parma, and Aegina pistachios.

Salad

Charred baby lettuce with blue cheese croquette, seasonal roots, and blueberry vinaigrette.

Main Course

Braised lamb shank with potato millefeuille, parsnip purée, charred broccoli, and roasted-meat sauce with bitter chocolate.

Dessert

Valrhona lava cake with red-fruit confit and coconut mousse.
